Schedule of charges
On demand repair service is charged at £50+vat per hour including travel both ways and £0.50p per mile (both ways) from NN12 first 25 miles are included.
If two engineers are required the hourly charge is £70.00 (travel time charged @ £50hr)
There is a minimum callout charge of £80
Service Recommendations
Domestic gates up to 10 operations per day minimum of 1 service per year
Domestic gates with more than 10 operations per day minimum of 2 services per year
Commercial gates minimum of 2 services per year
Commercial gates with more than 30 operations per day 4 services per year
All services include
- • Visual inspection of all equipment
- • Full performance testing
- • Routine servicing of all equipment (Safety beams, Push buttons)
- • Minor adjustments to all equipment including lock and hinge adjustment (if adjustable hinges allow)
- • Replacement of defective parts at manufacturer’s current list price

Planned maintenance option 1
I provide a regular maintenance schedule tailored to your requirements for 1 service per year
This includes:
- • Pre-scheduled visits as agreed dependent on Gate Duty
- • Replacement of defective parts at manufacturer’s current list price less 10% for AGRIWHEEL, CAME & BFT

If additional visits are required between services the normal schedule of charges will apply less a 10% discount on the hourly charge

I offer an on demand repair service as well as regular service contracts for all entry equipment related to automatic gates.
By taking out one of my planned maintenance contracts, I will visit your site as often as agreed dependant on your specific gate requirements to service your equipment and keep it in a reliable working condition.
